Best for flatulenceThe only thing to work is Eating uncooked food like cutting up carrots, beets(half cooked), lettuce, patchoi, celery, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato etc and all fruits you like and not drinking sugar beverages. Drink as much water as you can, 6 to 8 glasses a day. No dairy milk.
