Hot Water And Sugar is All You Need....This is a very simple technique for even the very worst Acid Reflux. Drink a mug of Hot Water with 2 teaspoons of Sugar. You can drink as many mugs as you want, or need to. Mine usually disappears with only one mug. There are times when my heartburn feels like Heart Attack Pains. And this has always done the trick. Have been using it since I was 10 years old on every stomach/heartburn ailment I've had.

My Cure for Acid RefluxBelieve it or not all I did was stop eating heavy about 5 hours before I usually go to sleep. For me that is before 6PM.
That coupled with eating more, smaller meals, about 6-8 times per day instead of 3 biggies with 2 snacks has just about eliminated my acid reflux. It has most certainly reduced it to a minimum of occurrences.

Change food habits , exercise.Hi, I am a truck driver who's been suffering terrible acid reflex for many years. I mean every day at least 5 or 6 times. Tried everything possible and the medication was only temporary. Today after only few months of changing my diet and exercising I'm basically cured, no more heartburn or acid reflex, it's gone. All you have to do is finally get in gym and stop eating junk food. Stop eating fatty foods and move your ass, seriously that works the best.

Acid refluxApple cider venegar really works
My husband has been on medication for years, also slept with bed elevated 6 inches. His reflux was so bad that the acid would get in his lungs, making him very sick. The first time he tried apple cider vinegar, it worked. Now he can sleep without raising our bed, and he has began to stop taking medication.

Ginger Tea Works without a doubtI went to the doctor and was diagnosed with acid reflux, I was put on a medication Aciphex. It gave me such a headache I had to stop using it. I told a co-worker about my problem, she told me to go to the health food store and get organic ginger tea. THIS IS THE TRUTH!! Not 3 days, not 2 days, in 1 day, the cough I had from the reflux was gone, and I had no burning in my throat. The horseness went away as well. It works guys. I am not in the tea business, I just want people to know that this is an awesome cure for acid reflux. I wont give you the brand name, some might think I am trying to sell this product. I am sure ALL organic ginger teas are the same. PLEASE try it, I am not suffering anymore.

A few tricksFirst totally eliminated coffee and beer, which is hard for me!
I take Calcium magnesium Chelate am & pm which helps build liver enzymes which will help ensure that the pancreas has sufficient nutrients to produce its compliment of enzymes. Also helps balance PH level which if course battles excess acid.
Also, I take Ginger Root Capsules three times a day. You may find that if you add a ginger acid reflux treatment to your day, you won’t have to take your pills any longer. Some recommend that if you have at least 500 mgs of ginger with a meal you will see a reduction in your reflux symptoms or you might find relief right away. Ginger also helps with indigestion and gas, which might be the root of your reflux problem.
Apparently, this will help with my high Chloestral as well...and yes I am good health and my weight is 180 at 43 yrs old..
At night I drink Chamomille or Ginger tea...never thought I would, but hell of allot better then then the alternative.
Lastly, if I do have a drink, it is spirits mixed with water..
I have been off Nexxium for 2 weeks now, and I fell soo much better then I did while I was on it..
Good Luck All

Hot green tea or Camamille TeaI began having trouble with acid reflux after giving birth to my third child. For years the only releif I had would be after the acid surfaced and I would vomit it back up and I still would have to deal with the pain until my stomach would settle. I was prescribed medication by my doctor as well as over the counter drugs and none of them would work.
One day I was talking to a co-worker who also had challenges with acid reflux and she mentioned that sometimes she would drink something warm and it would help. I was at home one day and I begin to have acid build up. Normally when im challenged with acid reflux im down for a day sometimes longer. I went in my cabinet and got some green tea and made it as hot as I could stand it. I sat down and dranked it slowly without any movement I just relaxed. No less than 30-40 minutes I was feeling better no symptoms, going about my normal task.
Every since then when I feel like im going to have a build up I use green tea as a remedy and it has worked 100%. By doing this and not eating before I go to bed I have a normal life. Its a cheap, tastey, and relaxing remedy and it works circles around what the drug companies can do. I recommend anyone who has this problem to drink a hot cup of green tea (or camamille tea) twice a day, in the morning and at bed time and you will notice a tremendous decrease in acid build up.

Acid Reflux and black MolassesSanta Fe, TX USA -
Recently, I read several articles about Acid Reflux and home remedies. I am NOT a big fan of Apple Cider Vinegar so I too started drinking Dill Pickle juice or eating pickles with my food. I also took it a bit further, as a child, my Grandfather told me to add Molasses to chilly or spaghetti sauce to kill the acid. Just add about two teaspoons. It really works. Molasses also helps with Acid Reflux. Recently, I looked up home remedies for Molasses. This is what I found. So I started putting molasses on my toast in the morning. You will see that Molasses has many other benefits.
What is molasses?:
Molasses is also good for restoring your natural hair color. The sugar leaches the molasses elements out of your body and the molasses restores it. It takes about 3 months for your natural hair color to start to return to its natural color.
After 6 months of taking molasses, your white mustache will be about 40% white.
Your body hair falls out after 6 weeks or so. As the white hair falls out new colored hair will grow back in. Chromium is also good to take for cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure. Foods containing chromium: Brewer's yeast, lean beef, potato with skin, oysters, buckwheat, whole grains, molasses
Molasses: builds and balances the bloodstream, eliminating toxic conditions that lead to high blood pressure; 2 tbsp in cup of warm water, twice daily.
Molasses: rich in organic iron and copper, as well as potassium, all of which alkalize the bloodstream and build strong blood plasma, which
in turn benefits the heart tissues; 2 tbsp in warm water, twice daily.
Molasses: besides iron, copper and potassium, molasses is rich in organic pyridoxine and calcium, which enhance nervous functions; organic
calcium is well known as a promoter of sound sleep; a glass of milk, if pasteurized, will not deliver organic calcium to the system owing to
lack of the vital lactase enzyme, which is required to extract calcium from milk; 2 tbsp in warm water, before bed.
Molasses: molasses in warm water is a natural, mild laxative which helps keeps bowels functioning regularly, which prevents accumulation of the toxins in colon that cause appendicitis; 2 tbsp in warm water, twice
Molasses: molasses is nature's richest source of organic iron and copper, which work together to build 'strong blood', especially the iron-
dependent protein hemoglobin; 2 tbsp in a glass of warm water, twice daily.
