Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda and Cayenne
Two table spoons of cider vinegar mixed with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I then add about a quarter of a cup of water and mix thoroughly. Next I add a tablespoon and a half of baking soda. It foams up so use a very large glass. After it settles I chug it down. I do this everyday and it appears to help with pain associated with inflamation.

Nettles and vinegar paste for advanced arthritis
Boil a handful of nettles (prickly plant, found on farms) in some water and vinegar, not too much water, you save it. When it starts boiling take it out and mix in some flour, only enough to make it pasty. Wet a small hand towel in hot water and wring it out. Put paste in it and put on the painful area. Time consuming but it works good for retired people who can do this 3 times a day for almost a week. It might be years before you have to do it again.

Vitamin E
Take 2 1000 milligrams of Vitamin E every day for about a week or so. Then take one daily. Vitamin E lubricates joints, therefore gets rid of inflammation, which in turn causes pain. No more pain pills needed.

Sleeping Bags for Arthritis
If you wake up all stiff in the morning, try sleeping in a sleeping bag at night. This discovery was made by a young boy who had been suffering from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. He noticed after he camped out with the Boy Scouts that he did not experience the usual morning stiffness and pain.
He told his grandmother and she tried it, she has osteoarthritis, and the next morning she felt like a new person.
Why does it work? The sleeping bag keeps the body snuggly and uniformly warm during the night, much more effectively than an electric blanket.

Control Arthritis Pain
I read this in a newspaper article years ago. It involves using Certo, a jam and jelly making product, and grape juice.Certo is available in most grocery stores, and is literally harmless when consumed, yet mixed with grape juice it becomes a miracle worker when dealing with painful arthritis.
Mix 1 teaspoon Certo in 3 ounces of grape juice and drink 3 or 4 times a day.

Why this works I do not know, but it does.

Arthritis help
This is not exactly a remedy but, if you suffer from arthritis pain, buy some cheap woolen leg warmers. Slip them over your legs for that extra warmth and to ease the pain.
